Do you take insurance?

I am not paneled with any insurance companies, but would be happy to provide you with the superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to explore your out-of-network benefits. 

You may want to ask your insurance provider about the following CPT codes:

  • 90791 - Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (used for the first three sessions)

  • 90834 - Individual psychotherapy (used for sessions for the child, teen or adult client alone)

  • 90847 - Family psychotherapy without patient present (used for parent coaching and family therapy sessions)

If you are not planning to use insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. Learn more about that here

What are your rates?

Intake assessment sessions (50 min) $320

Individual therapy (50 min) $320

Couples therapy (50 min) $320

Parent/Family coaching (50 min) $320

Payment is taken the day of each session via autopay with a credit card on file.

Do you offer Telehealth sessions?

Yes! I offer both in-person and Telehealth appointments. Telehealth sessions take place on a HIPPA compliant platform called Simple Practice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation with 48 + hours notice has no penalty. Cancellation under 48 hours notice or a no-show will be billed at the full session rate.

How long will the therapy process take?

Everyone’s circumstances are unique and the length of time therapy can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place
